We keep up to date with industry best practices and review our training material regularly to ensure each vocational area is current and relevant, always with a view to quality improvement and integrity.

Our founders have a very strong educational background and believe in the delivery of a first class educational experience. Our trainers and consultants possess outstanding academic credentials, professional accreditation membership and industry experience. We provide ongoing training and development for our trainers to ensure that the requirements of the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations in the quality and standard of our training/assessment staff is met.

Our TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment full delivery course is just 7 days face-to-face.  

Our BSB41412 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety full delivery course is just 5 days face-to-face. 

All CBD College Training trainers and assessors have as a minimum:

1. TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
2. Relevant qualification(s) to at least the level at which they will be training/assessing or
3. are able to demonstrate vocational competency to at least the level being trained or assessed
4. relevant industry experience in the areas for which they will be training and assessing
